Oppose. WP:NCP says use "the name that is most generally recognisable" which is the current title, S.C. Jamir. Particularly relevant in this case since "Sanayangba Chubatoshi" may be a only patronymic (see Indian name). Cf. other Indian governor's names. — AjaxSmack 20:19, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
